...when considering costs, always ask what is the cost of not

Session fees are $190/hr for 1:1 occupational therapy and supervision. Please note that this fee not only covers the time that we spend in person together. It includes the time I spend before the appointment, planning and setting up appropriate resources, research and after session clean up, notes etc.  Payment is required on the day unless we have made prior arrangements. 

If your GP has recommended a mental health care plan for you or your loved one, I obtained endorsement as a Medicare provider for the better access to mental health care scheme. Medicare will rebate roughly $81.90 of the session fee under the better access to mental health care scheme.  

If you or your loved one has NDIS funding, you/they can choose to use NDIS funds at my service, however I am not a NDIS provider. Please notify me if you are accessing NDIS at this service so that the therapeutic goals may align to your NDIS plan.  

Please notify me if you are seeking a therapy report as part of the service provision, as it may incur additional fees for the time required towards the report. 

Bank transfers are the preferred method of payment, and bank details will be provided if you decide to go ahead with the service.  Payment is required on the day of service.

Non-attendance at an appointment will incur a fee of $100, if less than 48 hours’ notice is given in the absence of exceptional or emergency circumstances.  

For all other requests (small groups/consultancy/presentations) costs will be determined based on the request and a quote provided for review of approval/decline.
